Yesterdays gone

Today I wanted to show this lighthouse I did yesterday with the dark shadow in the clouds and the rock suggestions. By shading the clouds we move the light to a more overhead position.

By drawing or sketching everyday I learn so much. For example, you know this, there is only one sun but many  light sources. A painting needs light but it also needs contrast.

Keep drawing and painting and most of all, ... Keep your brushes wet!
