Find the Frame

In the art store they sell a small frame cut from cardboard, or view finder. You can hold it up to see what part of your picture in nature or home is worth painting.

You may be surprised what is good and what is not. Some parts of the frame of your picture is just not a composition builder whereas other parts make a great picture.

You can make one of these cardboard frame view finders or you can hold up your hands a do the old box with the first finger and thumb with both hands.

The more you paint the more you find the frame.
