We'll cross that bridge...

In Europe they have lots of bridges like this, mostly in the north near Holland.  I think the counter weight was so the bigger boats could travel through.

A bridge is a worthy subject for the artist we have painted them for years. Some artist just paint anything.  Van Gogh painted several of them. Did it mean anything, oh I am sure but what I don't know.

It is just neat to paint and bring the two sides together.

Well keep painting and keep those brushes wet!
