Paint it loose

By  looking at a subject and breaking it down into parts and pieces one can find a look for the painting. The key is to keep it loose. Letting it blend into a look that you may want.

Monet painted this row of mountains and olive trees letting the sky come thru very lightly.  He added his daughters which I have left out in my copy.

I believe that by adding people it adds a new dimension  to the painting.

Well this morning it is -25 degrees  so warm up your brushes. Keep your painting loose.
