Covered Bridges in Plain Air

This is a covered bridge I have wanted to paint for a long time. We stopped by last spring and took some pictures in Ohio near Darby creek. There are three bridges near here.  Spain's, Pottersburg, and the Darby creek bridge.

These bridges bring back a time that has long gone from rural America. A quite time when life was slower and people worked hard and played hard.

This is a bridge that you can set up and paint plain air style. There is a trail going back to a wooded area, and a place to park.

Lets set up our easel and start to paint.
