Art reduces Stress

The first time I went to an Art Museum I was shocked and blown away! I never knew that such a place was around.  It was this place in Columbus, Ohio USA, I first saw Vincent Van Gogh's art work.

This painting is most beautiful in its detail. The fact we can look at some of the worlds great paintings and sculptures in our own back yard is amazing.

The British did a study on stress and art work. They had a group of high stress workers go to a museum for their lunch hour. Before they went in their stress levels were recorded.
After an hour in the museum they were tested again and their levels of stress were reduced by 35% or more.

Go out with your family and enjoy the beautiful paintings, some day it might be mine.
Keep your brushes wet and your stress level down.
