Jim and his Mother

James Whistler painted a picture of mom. It is now very famous because we all know we only have one mother, and mom is there for you.

I understand not every  mom is there but there is a woman in your life that is your "mom", that takes care of you.

 Now back to James, his idea was to study what black and gray could do in balance and composition in a large painting.

This painting is so iconic because people called it "Whistlers Mother". The old time look of his mom and the detail he's added.
