What Illness may do.

Henri De Toulouse-Lautrec a crippled young boy who's father was the count of Toulouse painted this piece. Titled "At the Moulin Rouge".

Henri had both legs deformed and took up drawing and was a "natural" talent. He painted a drew until he told his father he would go to Paris and study art with the masters and study in the great museums. Meeting up with the art colony. The Impressionist and others including Van Gogh and others.

He learned he could make some money by doing prints for the Moulin Rouge and painting rich people. Smart guy.

Look at the garish colors Purples and yellows as well as the teals. The lady looking back at us in the right middle. This was shocking!

At his death his Mother and sister kept all of his paintings and took them to the city of Toulouse to be housed in a museum there.

So lets dip in and draw and paint keeping our brushes wet!
