Add a Touch of color

On gray paper I draw various things and then I add a touch of color. On this tree I put a little purple and blue it pulls in the low lights.

With colors you can add anything anymore. Years ago people only accepted what they saw. Sky was blue, the grass was green, and flowers yellow. But with the post - impressionist any color was now acceptable. Yellow sky, Orange grass and pink Mountains.

You can change it up with shape and color. Picasso said, " It took me years to learn to paint as an adult, but now I need to relearn how to be a child."

Its okay to do what you see or feel or want. Paint it or draw it your way.

Keep your colors wet and along with your brushes.
