Last winter was cold but This Year!

Paint what you know. Painters paint and writers write. For Years I have  been able to draw and paint. I enjoy it and do it as often as possible.

I have several artistic hero's Matisse, Renoir, Van Gogh, and Monet. These artist as well as many others have faced tough times. And yet they continued to paint and draw.

Matisse painted on his sick bed. Drawing on paper pined to his wall.
Renoir with crippled hands continued to paint masterpiece after masterpiece.

So Don't let a little cold weather bother you. Paint what you see and what you know. Look and understand what it is you are looking at and make it happen. You can do it!

Keep your brushes wet and you pencils sharp.
