First of September

Well It is here The First of September.
We typicality think it is the end of summer and the beginning of fall, next is winter and the holidays.

Sorry to bust your bubble but we have about 20 more days before and real change in the Fall season. ( Fall Equinox )

The wind becomes a little more blustery. The sky changes and the trees also begin to change. The sap starts to flow down in the tap root.

The artist must notice these things and know the natural world. The New York schools of the Hudson River were men that noticed these things. I want you to see with your eyes and your heart as well.  If your a landscape painter.

So don't let the calendar change confuse you with the natural change in the world.

Get your rake and keep your brushes wet!
