Glass and Flowers

I loved painting this vase a few years ago. The transparent look is so hard to achieve.  By painting the general shape and size one can then add the best of the best.

I used a flat or plane back ground. hoping to emphasize the flowers within.

I think the process of building the fore ground and back ground is very important to your project.
