Line drawing

This is not an example of true line drawing, but the idea is to place your pencil on the paper and just draw without lifting the point. Unlike contour drawing which is the more controlled of the two, where you only draw the out side or "contour".

I was still working on the rocks in some of my paintings and drawing rocks kick my butt. I don't know why. I maybe trying to be too realistic.

I think the more you try or practice the better you become.
Trees are no problem for me I have been around them my whole life. Dad cut trees, I cut trees. I understand trees. Rocks not so much. 

Well guys lets try this, draw a rock. Keep your brushes wet.
