This is just a sketch I did just "because". I wanted to use my pens and markers. I wanted to get a feel for the way it looked. I know it is all made up but it was fun to do.
By experimenting with color, and shape you learn. I could have laid this out with a ruler and T-square drawn every line in the perfect angle but I wanted to get the feel of old towns.
Why not try something like this for your own, find an old photo or pick up a travel book. Draw out a street near your town. Sketch all you can.
Well kids dip in and keep your brushes wet.
