Two Trees

Two pine trees on the snow the sun rise hours past and this is what it looks like. The time of year and the fact things are still green tells me it is early fall or very late spring.

I like the minimum use of color on the watercolor. The shadows and letting the paper be the background.

Finding the hot spot or high lights then blending the distance and colors for a new look.

Look out your windows to find a  subject to paint through the seasons. You could paint a micro or a wide view.

Keep you brushes wet.
