Sketch book painting

For my birthday the wife got me several sketch books. I like to doodle and draw and with this book I can do pen and ink with watercolor washes.

I know I need to work on certain things in my drawing so I try to do that. Trees I feel like I have them down. But rocks and people I want to keep working on them.

This little travel set of watercolors has served me well over the years. A cup of water and some paper and it is off we go.
