Fall color

After today this will be the norm and the leaves will Fall. But as the trees turn color and the leaves fall the air gets colder. And cold means - SNOW- agggh.

 Freeze and wind and slop. Now if you're a winter person good for you but for me let the sun shine.

Still the drawing and painting of these colorful trees is quite fun and challenging. The pull of the color, the bare limbs, and the color on the ground.

I noticed this week, looking at the trees in our area, moss on the north side and the twist in the bark. Again drawing from nature brings this to our mind. Things we don't see or remember unless we are out there drawing.

Bundle up and keep your brushes wet.
