Let the Doodle lead us

Van Gogh as a child did some drawing but not with any skill, but when he decided to be a draftsman he mastered it in two years.
Other painters, artist and craftsmen and women all had the ability to do this doodle yet those who took it to the next level were more successful.

Cartoonist, craftsmen, and artist all do some form of sketching or doodles. President Eisenhower did a lot of doodles and was a fine arts painter. Bill Waterson from "Calvin and Hobbes" cartoon fame all doodled.

I did in school (mostly to avoid school work) but we all learned to be better artist.
