30 Years Later

This is a Bob Ross painting 30 years later.  I was encouraged by my wife Kathy to paint this at an art class.

This black canvas is a "liquid clear" base and then the magic white and other colors are added later.

I love the winter scene and how warm it is. The trees and lake blend in with the frosted bushes in the foreground.

Bob Ross was on TV for 11 years, he did hundreds of paintings and in many ways changed how we look at art. I still see him om PBS each week. If only we could influence others as he did. I hope you enjoy this offering. Like Bob said, "God bless and I'll see you next time."
