Spring Flowers - Weeds?

Is your yard half full or like mine full, if not for the weeds I would have no grass. Spring brings flower planting and the opportunity to paint your flower designs.

Monet did exactly that  he laid out the plots of flowers and shrubs trees and other plants and even built a bridge like the Japanese do over the peace gardens.  Monet's pond and waterlilies are so Iconic but his flowers and even the sunrises and other paintings outdoors are so striking we are drawn into his life and ideas.

It makes me want to plant more flowers, but if you can't why not go to your towns and garden club plots and sit and paint.

These dandelions are just that lions in the yard. I've been told that the difference between a flower and a weed is one you want to keep the other you want to kill. I think some people mix those two definitions up.

This little pix could be a great painting on a large canvas with a mysterious background and focus on the colors of each petal ( I know honey bees love them.)

Well I bought some gray drawing paper and charcoal pencils and plan on drawing and sketching some weeds or flowers.
Lets keep our pencils sharp, and our brushes wet!
