Cook out and Painting

Saturday we ate and laughed and painted!  It was the Watkins Family cook out 2017. I hope to show the finished product soon but we had some fun.

Teaching the family how to paint step by step was good practice for me and fun for them. The challenge for the teacher is to explain the idea so everyone can learn what the image is to be. The problem for the student is to show the teachers vision.

This year we did a warriors feather to represent the battle against cancer. "The darkness said the storm is coming. the Warrior said I am the storm!"

So yesterday we kept our brushes wet and painted on!
